Using the selected psychometric instruments, this program is designed specifically to identify individual personalities and interests. The program also provides an overview of related career options, which subsequently raise motivation and interests against the field appropriate to personality.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Understand the personality characteristics of self through Color Personality Inventory / Inventori Personaliti Warna (IPW)
- Identify job preferences and personal interests based on Self-Directed Search (SDS)
- Choose a field of profession that suits the personality and job interest
